Slumlord costing tenants $250 each and messing up their utility bills
For the second day, Dimension Properties locks out PUD from being able to read tenants meters, placing each tenant in danger of a $250 fine, and having their electricity bill based on prior usage. Dimension needs to stop being such a selfish slumlord and start taking their tenants safety and concerns into consideration.
